I have been a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Specialist (Reverse Mortgage Specialist) for over 25 years. As the Senior HECM Specialist at Homestead Funding  Corporation, I have the ability for decision authority over plan choices, pricing, and bank closing credits. I am well versed in presenting, planning, and originating HECM Programs. I frequently attend community seminars to discuss the benefits of the HECM program and how it can enhance the lives of people over 62, whether they want to use the funds for a vacation, or for home upgrades or just put the funds into a Line of Credit that keeps growing.

I take a complex concept and I present it in a concise and thorough manner, explaining too that a HECM program is not for everyone.​

I meet with the homeowner, their families, and other professional advisors to make sure everyone knows that the homeowner has the right to a face to face meeting if that makes them more comfortable, that they have the right to be informed enough to choose the right plan, that the homeowner also has the right to choose their own attorney, and that I will attend every closing to be there with the homeowner to answer any and all last-minute questions.
