Peter Haas, Owner Peter began his career with Allstate Insurance Company in 1988. While employed there, he won many company awards, including Honor Ring, National Champions, and Leaders Forum. In 2011, Peter left Allstate and began an independent insurance agency, The Haas Agency. Having options for his clients is the most valuable service he can provide, and having developed great relationships over more than two decades, he is now in a position to serve his clients with the best protection and most competitive costs.
Peter is active in the local community through many organizations, including serving as President of the Hartford Chapter of the National Association Of Insurance and Financial Advisors. While serving on that board he simultaneously served on the State Board and became President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Connecticut.
Tim Haas, CFP®, MBA Tim truly enjoys helping business owners and families save money on their insurance. He understands that insurance is not an enjoyable topic for many people, so he takes special care to make things easy, understandable, timely, and painless.
Anne Haas, Licensed Agent Anne has over 25 years experience in insurance and financial services. While employed by one of the industry’s premier companies, she was responsible for training, administration, personnel, and automation in the company’s leading field location. That experience has given her a broad and in-depth knowledge of product, customer service, and client solutions.
Recent leadership roles include Vice President and President of the Professional Connections Networking Group from 2017 through 2018. Anne is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Newtown. Anne is licensed in Connecticut and enjoys managing the Haas Agency with her husband, Tim.
Paul Haas, Jr., Licensed Agent Paul Haas, Jr. joined his father as an Allstate Agent in 1982. Paul left his highly successful career at Allstate after 30 years to become an independent agent with The Haas Agency. He did that to give his clients better options for their protection needs.
Paul is active in the Glastonbury community. He served on the Board of Education for five years and was named the Connecticut River Valley Chamber of Commerce (CRVCC) Ambassador of the Year in 2016. He effectively and efficiently led the Ambassador group for two years and is currently serving in the Executive Committee for the CRVCC as Membership Officer.
